i should have type this blog yesterday but i was just too tired.. =X

a few of my classmates celebrated my birthday for me yesterday.. there was thea, mel, hong hong & clemmie @ first.. then gab and kian joined us later..

we were supposed to meet at 1pm at the entrance of parkway parade.. and guess what time i reached there? 1.30pm!! =X haha.. woke up late.. so i took a cab down.. and i get stuck at the turn going to the taxi stand of parkway parade at the other side of the road for like 10 mins.. -_-" and i looked at the table of how the meter charges.. 10cents for every 30secs of waiting.. =S i should have just asked the uncle to drop me off at the overhead bridge further up and crossed myself.. haha.. so much for so near yet so far..

we headed over to the hawker centre near for lunch where clemmie and hong hong later joined us.. haha.. and we were desperately trying to get hong hong to tell us who the 2 couples were.. and i try as we might.. we still failed.. darn.. after that we went to ntcu coz the guys wanted to buy water andf tidbits.. then we headed for the underpass to get to east coast..

i had been raining for like the morning and early afternoon.. but luckily by then the rain had ceased.. but the floor was still full of puddles.. leaves.. twigs and what not.. me and thea actually wanted to rollar blade.. but we weren't really prepared.. we had bags to carry and considering the ground conditions.. we decided that we'd take the bikes instead.. so we all got our bikes.. and then hong hong suddenly says he won't be renting any bike.. and said that he would just stay near the bike shop area and wait for us to come back an hour later.. don't know why he didn't want to learn how to ride a bike.. coz i heard from mel earlier on that he initially wanted to.. hmm.. so we rode to one end of the park.. okay so not really the end.. after half an hour of riding we still hadn't reached the end and clemmie said we'd better head back before time was up.. guess he was secretly implying that we were going to slow.. =X haha.. it was really wet and muddy.. we got our bags and backs all dirty.. coz water was splashing up from the back wheel of the bike.. and i had to get the most dirty.. -_-" luckily i had brought clothes to change..

after returning our bikes we went to madonalds to slack and discuss where we should go for dinner.. the final decision was to go to swensens.. then someone suggested we go to ps to eat then we could catch a movie after that.. but coz it was a saturday.. the tickets were selling fast and teh 9+ and 10pm shows were like left with only the first 4 rows.. then we thought about renting vcds and watching at mel's house.. but we needed her sister to go borrow them coz apparently they use fingerprint id at videoezy.. think that's how they spell it.. me, mel and thea were too busy taking pics of ourself to bother about what was going on.. =X haha.. and there was this bunch of kids playing and whacking each other with balloons just beside us and then thea got whacked on the head by one of them and they continued playing just beside her for another 10-15sec.. haha.. she got whacked more times on her arm.. so funnie.. =p we still had problems deciding what to do so after much dilly dallying.. we left for ps at around 5+ going to 6..

we met up with my bf at ps.. and went to swensens.. we had o queue for a while.. and when it was our turn they gave us the table right at the entrance.. we didn't really like the table and since we were still waiting for gabbie.. we told the manager that we would give up that table and wait for another big table inside.. had to wait kind of long.. maybe 20mins.. and we watched the girl scooping the ice cream to make an earthquake.. she practically threw the scoops of ice cream from the fridge where some of the flavours were being kept into the glass bowl at the front where the ice cream flavours that were on display were.. me, mel and thea watched in amazement..

dinner was good.. most of us had baked rice.. and then came ice cream time.. muahhaha.. we ordered the big earthquake.. it already takes so long for one ice cream to come.. and what do you know.. when we do get the ice cream.. after eating it for awhile.. the container with the dry ice inside suddenly explodes and the cap comes popping off.. the dry ice and the water inside falls onto out ice cream.. everyone was so shocked.. haha.. gab's expression was priceless.. =p so we told the waitress and she said they would give us a new bowl.. but we had to wait for like another 15mins.. if we had known we should have eaten more first.. =X after finishing all the ice cream.. gab then admits that he had added some extra ingrediants into out water while we had gone to the toilet.. luckily he only added salt to ours.. but clemmie's was so horrible that he just pui-ed everything out on the table.. haha..

we took a cab to the ritz carlton hotel and walked over to the so called "beach like" area.. we walked to one end and walked back to the esplanade.. then we set down.. and next thing i see a jesse mccartney cd.. hahahhahaha.. then they said they wanted me to do some forfeits.. but in the end i didn't need to.. =X and then pops up a ryan cabrera cd.. muhahahhah.. so happy.. i really wanted those cds.. i had put it as my msn nick.. "i want to buy jesse mccartney & ryan cabrera's cds..!!" but at the time i didn't have the money to buy them.. then on tuesday night i chatted with gab and he told me not to buy the cds yet.. he said they would be cheaper in malaysia so i should wait til the KL trip to buy them.. haha.. nice story to get me not to buy the cds.. =p and they sand me the birthday song in english and chinese right there outside of the esplande.. people were looking but we didn't care.. then we all went home after that..

thankz so much guys for spending the day with me.. i really enjoyed myself.. and thank you soooooooooo much for the cds.. haha.. love them.. and i love you guys too.. you're the best.. muackzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..!! and paiseh.. you guys wanted me to do some forfeits but i wasn't really up to it at the time.. was feeling kind of tired already.. =X thankz again ya? i'll try to upload the pics soon.. =)
