"X" marks the spot.. the "SPOT" marks stupidity.. -_-"
it's saturday..
went over to his place today to study.. but although i got there at 12.30pm.. i only started studying at like 4+pm lar.. when i got there we had lunch.. and then we ended up chatting and lazy around.. =X
and his mum's nasi lemak rocks..!! and she makes it herself.. YUM~* =D nasi lemak rice with fried chicken wings.. fried fish (kunning izzit?).. fried sausages.. fried egg.. ALL FRIED.. yum.. =) had it for both lunch and dinner..
i think his mum rocks man.. she can cook chinese.. western (her pork chop and french fries rock too..!!) and even nasi lemak..!! and her cooking is DELICIOUS.. that's why i love going over to his place for meals.. =p
i only managed to study 3 chaps of ief today.. darn.. so SLOW.. =(
then at around 10pm we went over to country manna to look for my manager (roland) and assistant head chef (ah rick) to chat.. and.. roland let me try his bike.. coz he said that for prac 1 you need to get used to the clutch and throttle co-ordination (aka the biting point) or you'd most probably have to take it a few times..
so i did try it.. F-ing scary can.. riding IS NOT AS EASY as i'd thought it would be.. it's pretty darn frightening.. well.. at least i did manage to get the bike to MOVE.. but i had problems balancing.. coz his bike is damn heavy..!! die lar.. 200cc and already i find it heavy.. i HOPE the driving centre bikes are a whole lot LIGHTER.. *prays* if not i'm in BIG TROUBLE..
so it was like this.. roland was holding on the the left side of the bike.. and dear holding on to the right.. and i'm sitting on the bike.. trying to get the hang of getting the bike to move.. very DIFFICULT.. coz the throttle is very sensitive.. and i always end up over throttling.. -_-" can't help it.. you can't think properly when you're nervous and "kan chiong"..
and i almost ended up having an accident.. =S okay.. so not really that serious.. but i swear i could have gotten all 3 of us hurt.. =p you see.. i was supposed to stop the bike by letting go of the throttle.. but instead me being the gundu that i am.. throttle even more.. (moved the throttle in the wrong direction) -__-" so the 2 of them were trying desperately to run with the bike and stop the bike at the same time.. it almost fell over to one side.. and in the end dear's leg got knocked by the rear brake and my leg got burnt by the exhaust pipe.. =O
it was quite painful.. the burning feeling.. and the occassional prickling feeling.. but i guess i gave a higher threshhold for pain.. especially since i've had my naval and tragus pierced before.. i'm the kind who will keep quiet and just bear with the pain even if it hurts.. act brave ar..? maybe..? haha.. at some points of time it was damn painful.. while at some points it was bearable.. luckily it isn't that big a spot.. and it's on the inner side of my right leg instead of the outer side.. so it won't be that obvious.. i'm making sure i'm not going near any chlorine water til the wound fully heals.. don't want a dark and obvious scar left there.. =S gonna have the invest in some bleaching cream to lighten the scar next time..
damn.. and to think i've maintained not getting any more major scars on my leg for a couple of years already.. sian.. no more nice legs.. =(
anyway.. when we got back to my place we tried the 7-11 and this convinience store that was still open though it was already 12+am.. but they didn't have the cream for burns.. so i went home first and then dear went to look for 24hr clinics nearby in the neighbourhood to get the cream.. fortunately another 7-11 had it..
apparently the burnt spot is gonna turn into a blister and then eventually burst after that.. which sounds pretty scary.. coz though the spot isn't tha big.. it isn't that small either.. which means if i accidentely brush my leg against something it's gonna hurt.. and i might accidentely pop it.. =S how am i going to go for my prac 1 on friday..?? -_-"

HAIZ..!!

before..

yay.. miracle medicine..!!

time to apply some first aid skills..

all better..

damn.. -_-"

oh wells.. it still tasted pretty alright in the end if i do say so myself..
