all that jazz..
it's been a long and hectic week.. and by hectic i don't mean projects and homework.. i mean going out and having fun.. eating delicious meals.. participating in glam school events.. bikes bikes and more bikes.. attended a band concert..

so i spent monday on a circuit revision and prac 5 which i failed for the 2nd time.. and the thing was.. i only got 10 points.. 10 FREAKING POINTS..!! what the hell.. -_-" and the reason i failed..? coz i went off course.. damn.. i don't know how i could have been so dumb.. after that i went over to kim seng to meet with dear and the country manna folk consisting of jasmine, jacob, ming xuan, junhao, ezra and raymond.. watched them play bowling and then i teamed with dear to play pool with ming xuan and jacob.. and i must say.. i suck at pool.. haven't played in ages.. and i swear dear is so good at it that instead of helping him i am actually hindering his performance.. =( on the bright side.. we won (*ahem* i mean dear won) all the matches.. =X somebody teach me to play pool..!!

on tuesday i got back my laptop from mel centre.. damn happy lar.. i finally have my lappy back again.. for the second time.. and it's been doing fine up til today.. this time they changed the harddisk again and the left speaker.. hopefully there will be no more problems this time.. slacked at home after that and stayed over at dear's..

went for prac 5 again on wednesday morning and failed miserably.. a whooping 34 points.. i got a sucky bike during the warm up and i got an even worse one for the actual assessment.. arghs.. from 10 points to 34 points.. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT.. *boo* =( then in the afternoon i went to j8 with my dad coz there was some fish exhibition thingy going on which ended up being rather disappointing as it was so small and they were selling more products rather than exhibiting fish.. and then we went down to serangoon north to look around in the bird and fish shops and to get some stuff.. something we haven't done together for a long long time.. when i was much younger like in primary school.. it used to be a thing that me and my dad did on a weekly basis.. we'd usually go on sunday morning.. then at night me and dear went to victoria concert hall to catch chen feng's secondary school band concert with the ex-classmates..

thursday was slack at home til evening and then meeting dear at town to find a tie for his graduation ceremony the next day.. ended up getting a tie in a lovely shade of metallic blue from g2000.. stayed over coz we needed to head to school by 8.30am the next morning.. in fact i stayed over at his place all weekend til sunday..

friday was baby's graduation ceremony.. actually the actual thing only started at 10am but he had to be in school by 8.30am coz he needed to go for some rehersal thingy and i didn't want to go to school on my own so i went with him.. the ceremony was held in the convention centre.. and the first thing we had to do once the guest of honour arrived was to SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM.. *diaoz* i haven't sang that since sec school and even in sec 4 i had already given up on singing it since i'm not a singaporean so i have an excuse not to.. =X then there was some videos and an extra long and boring speech by the guest of honour.. omg.. i was dreading every minute of it.. especially since i was there alone and had no one to talk too and dear was seated at another section.. finally it was the graduation ceremony where all the graduates go on stage to get their certs.. but there were like 200-300 students..?? so that took pretty long.. and dear was like somewhere at the back coz they give out the normal certs out first followed by the award winners.. did i mention that dear got the certificate of merit for being the top 10% of his cohort..?? =D i feel so stupid compared to him lar.. he's got many many As and ADs while i only have like 1 or 2 of each.. -_-"

then after the ceremony it was picture taking time with his classmates and his tutors/lecturers.. and i had to be the photographer for quite a number of times.. since i'm not part of the gang.. =X so many girls wanted to take picture with dear man..!! lols.. someone's quite popular hor?? *eyes dear* =p lalalallalalalalalla.. it was pretty interesting to meet his classmates being that i haven't really met them before except for 2 of his friends andrew and weiliang.. and his teachers were damn cute and funny.. and the surprising thing is.. we didn't even touch the food at reception..!! which is a first for me coz i enjoy my food and if there is free food and delicious food at that i will definetely be savouring it.. =X

we had lunch at KAP mac after that then back home before going out again coz dear wanted to go to the bike shop to change his brake cable or dunno what thingamegik it's called.. (i'm clueless when it comes to mechanical stuff) and he bought this tank BRA from a guy from the super 4 outings we'd met last month.. yes you read correctly.. it's called a tank bra.. what it does is it covers the fuel tank.. it's made of leather and used as an accessory to beautify the bike.. and he paid 130 SGD for it..!! *jealous* howcome he can spend 130 bucks on a tank BRA for his bike and he doesn't even buy anything for me.. -_-" howcome his bike gets a bra and i don't..??!! *lols* $130 can get me 2 triumph bras.. one newer model and one older cheaper one.. =X wahahahahahhahahaha.. don't know whether i'm the girlfriend or his bike.. probably the bike's no.1 and i'm no.2 although he always says we have equal places in his heart.. HMMPZ..!! boys and their toys..

that day he got the invitation cards for his certificate of merit graduation d&d and we found out the theme was jazz.. i was like.. how the heck do you dress jazz..?? and i knew i didn't have anything that was anywhere near jazz.. wanted to go shopping for a dress but as dear needed to do some work at home.. i decided to go the next day instead.. we spent the rest of the day at his place til at night when we went down to the carpark to wash his bike.. first time i washed the bike together with him.. it was pretty fun.. then we went down to havelock road for supper.. beef kway teow and fried you tiao with mayonnaise... yum yum..

saturday we had lunch at the crystal jade on the 4th floor at taka with his family.. it was to celebrate his graduation.. i finally got to try the famous xiao long baos of crystal jade.. okay.. i know.. i'm a mountain turtle for still not having tried such a delicacy.. it's damn good..!! =) we had plenty of food.. baos.. dumplings.. veggies.. fish.. beancure.. la mian.. fried rice.. fried noodles.. was damn stuffed but that didn't stop me from having dessert.. mango pudding with condense milk.. yum yum yum.. =X by the time lunch was over it was already 3.45pm.. so i had to chiong to shop for my dress.. we went to wisma, isetan, ck tang, the zara near wheelock place.. saw this gorgeous navy blue dress at mango but it cost like 199 buckeroos.. =O finally got a dress from taka (yes.. the building we were first at.. why didn't we look there in the first place?).. a red phuture london tube dress with jagged edges at the skirt.. then it was work at country manna from 6-10pm.. during which for most of the time i was acting like a complete bitch coz i was fuming mad at some certain people whom i can't stand at all at the restaurant.. i was throwing my temper like nobody's business slaming stuff and being utterly rude.. well.. only to those certain people.. of course i was still nice to the customers.. =X lalalalalallalaa..

after work we met up with clement.. one of my ex-classmates and went for the super 4 outing.. went to meet the group at kallang mac.. and then they went to this coffeeshop like place somewhere in westcoast to watch soccer.. -_-" i know nuts about soccer and last time when me and joyce tried to watch this match.. we ended up oogling at raul rather than watching the game.. =X well.. the coffee shop isn't really that time of dirty non-aircon kinds filled with uncles drinking beer.. it was a air-conditioned more up class place.. and their maple syrup toast rocks..!! =D it's crispy at the crust but nice and soft on the inside.. and with the sweetness of the maple.. heavenly.. =X you guys should go try it.. i don't know the name of the place but i noe they have an outlet at zion road opposite great world city.. they serve drinks in this jar like glasses which have handles..

finally.. sunday..!! dear sent me home around 10+am.. then i bathed and out of the house i was again.. headed to bishan to buy red nail polish to match with the dress and looked for a shawl but couldn't find any to go with the dress.. then i went to my regular hairdresser to get my hair dyed (yes.. finally goodbye to the black roots..!!) and to get it styled (curls).. then rushed back home to change, makeup, choose which pair of heels to wear, polish nails and then to school to meet dear for the d&d.. we reached school at 4.45+pm.. the thing only started at like 6+pm.. omg.. i was like hungry and waiting for the buffet coz i hadn't had anything to eat all day.. we got a couple photo taken which was free of charge.. then we sat at the table and watched a performance by this group called "tribal" i think.. their singing style was kinda like the black eyed peas.. the groups consisted of a girl and 2 guys.. all malay.. they were kinda cool.. then it was mum mum.. =D but i was kinda disappointed coz the variety of food was pretty small.. then after that another 2 performances by "tribal" and then performance by this guy called "big ben" whom i think was on "just for laughs" before.. and another guy called sean who was a "magician".. and of course there was the lucky draw.. i didn't really get any pictures coz my camera was abit sot and couldn't work.. =(
