so in the end i didn't finish my last chapter of ib that night.. after highlighting a few pages i fell asleep.. -_-"

anyways.. it's the end of the week which marks the starting of operation "chiong for exams".. so no more maple and no more spending hours in front of the laptop..

mr boyfriend is also banning me from going out and i will only get to see him when he is free to drop by.. boo.. =(

anyways.. did alot of eating this weekend.. my tummy is damn bloated and i feel like a fat cow again.. -_-"

weekend was pretty good.. a mixture of studying and spending time with my baby..

on sat we went to simlim cos he wanted to buy a new com.. spenk about 1.1+k on it.. all diff components put together and tadah..!! a new computer.. and i helped to choose the keyboard + mouse..!! *proud to be part of the selection process*

then after that my dad came over to simlim to "fetch" dear's computer parts to his place.. lols.. it's impossible for me to carry his monitor, cpu and keyboard while riding on his bike.. =X

then dear fixed up his computer while i slacked away.. we had dinner and then it was off to the beack area next to the esplanade to catch the last fireworks display for this year..

dear.. i want to say a really big THANK YOU for braving threacherous road conditions and having to perform "death-defying" road stunts just to bring me to see the fireworks.. it really means alot to me.. love ya babe.. =)

we watched "click" at ps with some friends.. the show was damn funny lar.. i love adam sandler shows.. they're all really hilarious.. the ending part was pretty sad.. i was like tearing already.. but then again.. adam sandler shows never have unhappy endings.. so of course everything turned out alright at the end.. however i found the duck soft toy humping dogs damn lame lar.. lols..

i actually bought the nachos combo cos i heard how winnie and janet was talking about how good it was and wanted to give it a try.. but.. it wasn't as good as i'd expected.. the dip wasn't that tasty.. =S dear felt the same.. it was spicy.. but it wasn't cheesy enough..

then me and dear had supper near great world city.. had chicken rice with kailan.. damn nice.. but quite ex too.. about 22 for the both of us.. =X

today i summarized my notes for 4 out of 6 chapters of ib.. while dear was busy with his new computer.. he made like 3 trips to simlim.. first to get the wireless device, then to change disk drive and then to get software cos the wireless couldn't work.. he woke up at like 10+am while i slept til nearly 2pm.. =X he woke me up to go eat lunch with him..

anyways.. i am so jealous of his new com lar.. the screen is super big.. 17 inch man.. and he has liek 320gb of memory.. holy sh*t.. what i'd give for just 1/4 of that memory for my lappy man.. lols.. 40gb is not enough for me at all.. =S

spent all day at home til about 9.15pm.. we went to this place called tong shui cafe.. it's a hong kong canto style place.. i had maple syrup toast while he had peanut butter with condense milk toast and we both has ribena lemon.. abit disappointed with my toast.. it was damn small compare to his.. and the syrup was so little.. =(

then home sweet home.. here i am online..

poor babe.. he had to make so many trips to simlim and had to go through so much to get his internet connection for his new com working.. and then now his router is suddenly spoilt.. =S cheer up kk.. don't be so sad ya.. =)

now i've changed my mind about getting a psp.. now i want a nintendo ds lite..!! =X it's cheaper plus since i already have a ps1 and ps2 at home.. i might as well get a nintendo.. a whole different range of games.. =D

but damn.. that's gonna mean more money to save and spend.. -_-" and i still have to save for my helmet.. i need to work real bad.. =X

on saturday we encountered some really show off ah bengs riding modified sports cars on the road.. if they leave you alone then its alright.. but some just like to disturb or "ji siao" people for no apparent reason and it is quite irritating.. they like to rev at traffic lights.. cut into your lanes.. flash their damn bloody bright headlights.. not only cars though.. some riders are also like that.. whether they are riding big and fast class 2 bikes or duper noisy 2b bikes..

i guess this is in light of watching initial d and the recent tokyo drift..?? why the hell do they need to go and disturb other commuters on the road? so that they seem cool? to get attention? to get chicks? so what if your car is a beauty and looks like a million bucks? does that give you a right to cause distress to other people and risk endangering not only their own lives but others as well..?

if you want to be cool in your pretty sports car then that's fine.. just leave other people alone.. you mind your own business and others will mind theirs.. but please leave the stunts to the real experienced stuntmen.. just because it looks damn easy on the big screen doesn't mean any tom dick or harry can be the next drift king..

it really irks me how disgusting the attitude and actions of such people can be..

when we were on the way to marina square that saturday another thing shocked me.. how some.. no i mean thousands of singaporeans were showing their ugly side.. there was a super big jam along the padang and supreme court.. and why..?? because all the cars on the 2 lanes closest to the padang were being PARKED there.. i mean hello? how can you just stop your car on the road like that..? and it's not just a few.. it's two full lanes of them.. and there were tonnes of people all over the supreme courts.. some of them climbed onto ledges.. soem sitting on the steps.. some people at spots where people are not supposed to be..

for that moment.. singapore seemed so unorderly.. so inconsiderate.. all just to see fireworks.. =S

speaking about fireworks.. the fire works were beautiful.. i especially liked the 3/4 of it where there were the fireworks in all different colours.. you go team france..!! =D

okay.. time to go sleep already.. need to get up bright and early tomorrow to start studying.. =X

lastly..

when i do get to buy a ds.. this will definately be the first game i get..
