[tremor tremor]
yesterday was actually quite shocking to me..
IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ACTUALLY FELT TREMORS IN SERANGOON..!!
previous times when there were tremors..
i'd always hear friends talking about it..
but it was always people who stayed at the west or somewhere more central..
so yesterday when i woke up in the afternoon..
my dad asked me if i had felt the tremors.. (the first wave)
so i was "HUH?! you could feel the tremors here.?"
i had slept throught it.. and i felt like that was so wasted..
so later on when i was sitting on my bed, cross-legged, reading the newspaper..
i suddenly found my head and body rocking back and forward..
it felt weird.. i thought to myself.. "aye?! howcome i'm rocking back and forward? but i didn't make myself do it.."
then i started to feel all giddy and nauseous..
so i went out to the living room..
the water in the fish tanks were swishing from the left to right, left to right..
then i headed to kitchen where dad was and the water in the fish tanks there had the same behaviour..
and there you have it..
MY FIRST TREMOR..!! =D

a surprise came aknocking on my door last friday just before 10pm..
there was baby standing right in front of my door..
yet another surprise early bookout from him..
it's been his habit lately to not tell me that he's booking out on friday..
and then suddenly appearing at my front door at night..
let's just hope that his friday bookouts continue.. =D

this was how the weekend was spent..

late night super at kallang kfc on friday night..
hanging out at yishun dam only to find it's been taken over by cars..
like what happened to all the bike gangs..?
his mum's chicken curry on saturday..
nasi lemak at west coast..
hannibal rising at vivocity..
dim sum at red star restaurant on sunday morning..
afternoon nap and following to get his haircut..
slacking at home..
and back to boon lay to send him off for book-in..

i had a great time with miss janet choo on friday..
we met at suntec cos she wanted to have a look-see at the career fair..
so we lunched at this place called just noodles.. (is that the right name mel..? melvina recommended it to me before.. )
and SOMEBODY ordered the kid's meal.. hor? heh heh..
then we headed to the career fair at the convention centre..
it was damn bloody crowded..
sec school kids in uniform..
adults looking for job opportunities..
graduating poly students like us..

we filled up application forms for the new marina IR for a casino position for fun.. =X
looked at the different booths on education and job opportunities..
did you know it costs almost 60k to study in the UNLV..
like OMG..!!
even if i wanted to study there.. i couldn't bare to make my dad pay that much for school fees..
and i know i will never be able to make that much money myself..
oh.. and i finally registered for MDIS..
decided to take the new course on hotel and resort management instead of their course on international tourism..
cos i was sick of studying things in broad like business studies..
it's like you're a jack of all trades.. yet master of none..
thought it should be time to start specializing..

we wanted dessert before heading home for dinner..
so we went to starbucks to get oreo cheesecake..!!
it's nice at first..
but once you get through like 2/3 of the cake..
it gets very filling and seems too cheesy.. (literally)

so..
i've been spending the past few days gaming..
ps2-ing..
psp-ing..

on monday at ps2-ed at home til evening..
then went to town to meet up with ray and chris to hang out cos ray was feeling down..
so we went to burger king to talk for a few hours..
then home sweet home..
me and bb quarelled that night..
been awhile since our last fight..
and it happened to be on our monthsary..

yesterday me and ray went over to chris's house..
brought my ps2 over..
went off for awhile in the evening to meet weiye to get ps2 games..
was really damn pissed at maurice that day..
bloody miscommunication and lies here and there..
and i was alone waiting at the mrt station for the effing half an hour..
arghs..!!

anyways..
after that went back to meet chris and ray at amk hub to get makan for dinner..
the place is actually pretty nice..
it's pretty modern and big..
but only some shops are open..
like those in the basements..
maybe i should go look for a new job there..
near to home and the place is new.. =D
then after that it was back to chris's for more gaming..

and today chris and ray came over at the evening hang out..
cos we were supposed to have supper with ming xuan at spize..
so yeaps.. gaming again..
me and ray finally killed the damn rathalos in monster hunter..!!
we've been trying upteenth times lah..
at night we went over to spize but chris pang seh-ed us.. -_-"
so after supper..
we decided to walk over to clark quay from there..
checked out that new place aka the cannary or something..
but we were seriously underdressed..
while everyone else was in nice clothes..
we were decked in t-shirst, shorts and slippers..
sat somewhere neat the bridge at clark quay for awhile to chat..
then headed back to great world city where dad picked me up..

ans so here i am..
back at home..
